Christi Barguig, LCDC
Program Director
Christi Barguig, LCDC, serves as Program Director for La Hacienda Solutions’ intensive outpatient program in Austin. With a deep commitment to helping individuals on their recovery journey, Christine provides compassionate care and guidance to those struggling with substance use disorders. As a leader, she ensures that each patient receives personalized treatment and support, empowering them to achieve lasting recovery. Christi is dedicated to fostering a therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth for both her patients and her team.
Shane LeBlanc, LPC-A, LCDC
Program Counselor
Shane LeBlanc, is one of our IOP Counselors and proud alumnus of La Ha since 2020. From the time he was a patient, Shane knew he wanted to return one day to help others find the same healing and freedom he experienced. His journey from client to clinician fuels his passion for walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate recovery. Shane brings experience working in residential treatment and private practice settings, where he has counseled adults, adolescents, and families through issues of addiction, trauma, and mental health. His approach combines professional training with the compassion and insight that come from lived experience.
Shane was a collegiate baseball player until an injury forced him out of the game. Shane then joined the United States Marine Corps. In his 12 years of service, he served three combat tours in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. After the Marine Corps, Shane spent 10 years as a Business Development Executive. His lived experience brings a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and service to his counseling work. Outside of his professional role, he is a devoted father of two children, soon-to-be husband, and proud pet dad to two cats, Toby and Penelope, and his ESA dog, Daisy Mae. Originally from New Orleans, Shane carries his love for all things LSU wherever he goes. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and spending as much time on the golf course as possible.
Jay Cifune, LCDC
Program Counselor
Jay Cifune, LCDC, is a Program Counselor at La Hacienda Solutions’ intensive outpatient program in Austin, where he is dedicated to guiding individuals through the challenging journey of recovery. With a patient-centered approach, Jay focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, supportive space for healing. His expertise in addiction counseling and commitment to individualized care help patients gain the confidence and skills necessary to maintain long-term recovery. Jay’s passion for helping others is reflected in the positive impact he has on each person’s recovery journey.
Natalie Roberts
Intake Coordinator
Natalie Roberts serves as the Intake Coordinator for La Hacienda Solutions’ intensive outpatient program in Austin. As the first point of contact for individuals seeking help, Natalie plays a vital role in guiding patients through the admissions process with care and compassion. Her attention to detail and dedication ensure a smooth transition for patients into treatment, making them feel supported from the very beginning of their recovery journey. Natalie’s commitment to helping others sets the tone for a positive and welcoming experience at La Hacienda.
Brittany Geer
Business Development – Austin
Brittany Geer has been La Hacienda’s Business Development representative for the Austin area since 2021. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Schreiner University and experience as a psychiatric nursing assistant at Kerrville State Hospital, she brings a deep understanding of mental health and recovery to her role. Brittany is known for her determination, humor, and genuine desire to help others. She firmly believes that building healthy relationships, both with ourselves and others, is key to happiness. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys collecting art during her travels and hiking with her dog, Patches.
Dr. James Boone
Medical Director
Dr. James Boone, M.D., is dedicated to helping individuals with substance use disorders achieve a fulfilling life free from drugs and alcohol through active 12-Step recovery. As Medical Director, he works with the clinical team focused on serving the patients of La Hacienda Solutions. Dr. Boone ensures that each patient receives the right personalized care throughout their treatment ensuring the highest standard of care.
